Mindfulness 8-week course

Taking place online from the comfort of your own home, this 8 week course follows the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) curriculum. This course is great for anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm or big life changes.

In a friendly and supportive atmosphere, you will learn how to respond to challenging experiences and situations and develop mindfulness of your body, thoughts and feelings. You’ll explore the experience of learning mindfulness as a part of a group (maximum of 8 participants) and each session will include: Mindful Meditation, reflection of how your personal practice has gone during the week, and how it has influenced your life. Group discussion and exercises that will help you explore the different aspects of Mindfulness.

When: Thursday, April 15th 2021, every Thursday for 8 weeks, plus a bonus 5 hour day retreat.

Mindfulness Weekly Drop in Sessions

Every week we hold a 30-minute mindfulness session on a Wednesday evening at 7 pm and a Saturday morning at 10 am. Join us for one of our weekly drop-in sessions for just £5. This is a great way to try mindfulness for the first time or many of our attendees use it as a regular reminder to keep up their mindfulness practices.
